overbroad interpretation of an existing Ohio law by the new Director of Ohio
Department of Agriculture Dorothy
Pelanda has been fixed by the legislature (Senator Bob Peterson,
Senator William P.
Coley III, Representative
Sara Carruthers and Representative
Laura Lanese) and signed by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine July 18th. See Victory in Ohio: Pet Store Definition Amended to

Please join in thanking them if so inclined for resolving this flawed law. It seemed like a huge issue to small Ohio
breeders like me, but was such a small issue in the greater scheme of things
